All properties are conveniently located only a half hour from Keene, 45 minutes to an hour from Nashua/Manchester, an hour and a half from Boston, and 4 hours from New York City.
A PERFECT VACATION
The Monadnock Region has picturesque mountains, sparkling lakes for swimming, sailing and fishing and beautiful beaches for soaking up sunshine. Discover a place with a honest-to-goodness country atmosphere where you can stay in a cozy cottage or under the stars; where dining out can mean a lakeside barbecue or a candlelight dinner.
The cottage rentals are available for long and short-term rentals. They vary in length of stay, from 1 week to 1 month or several months. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Past years prove that the more sought after cottages are fully rented for the summer season by mid February. The High Season is from June to September, but is not limited to these months. We suggest that you make your plans as early as possible. Cottages are listed by type and include the maximum occupancy, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, cottage and area features.
Every effort has been made to ensure our descriptions are accurate; however, we are not responsible for printing errors or changes made by owners with respect to furnishings and equipment. We cannot make substitutions or give refunds upon your arrival due to inclement weather, maintenance problems or disruption in utility service, or any other situation that is not under our control.
No mobile homes (campers) can be used at the rental properties for sleeping, cooking or purposes other than transportation. Tenting or camping dwellings are not allowed. Boat trailers may be on the lot boat ramp. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or number of vehicles is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse rentals or evict guests if occupancy, in our opinion, is detrimental to the property or neighborhood.
KITCHEN
All kitchens are stocked for everyday meal preparation and serving. You can expect to find coffee mugs, flatware, pots and pans and cooking utensils. If you are planning special meal preparations, you should bring items such as a blender, food processor, extra large pots and pans or any other specialty cooking items, etc.
TELEPHONE
Most properties are equipped with telephones for local calls only. Long distance calls must be charged to your calling card or made collect. The cottage telephone number will appear on your checking package.
MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
Every effort is made to have the cottage clean and all equipment in good working order. Any problems should be reported to our office immediately so we can make arrangements for prompt service so that you will enjoy your stay.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
Hampsey & Grenier Associates, LLC are not responsible for items left behind. We will make every effort to attempt to locate the item and return it to you C.O.D. All unclaimed items after 48 hours shall be considered abandoned.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check In: 4 p.m.
Do not go to the property before checking in with our office. Weekends are extremely busy. If people or cars are seen at the cottage it will delay its cleaning and inspection and thus your check-in time. Keep in mind that it is difficult for us to prepare every cottage between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. There is never a promise of early check-in. Pick up keys at:

Your assistance in leaving the cottage by 11 a.m. and completing our check-out procedure is greatly appreciated. You will be given instructions upon check-in. A late check-out results in extra charges equal to 1 full day rent.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

A security deposit and cleaning deposit are required which covers damages, missing items, excessive trash removal, extra cleaning fees, carpet/upholstery cleaning or any other expenses incurred through the renter's negligence. The security deposit is refunded within 30 days of your departure, less expenses incurred. Deposits are determined by length of stay. There are NO REFUNDS.
Personal checks are accepted. $50 will be charged for each returned check. To ensure proper credit of your payment, please note the following on your check: Occupancy Dates, Property ID & Confirmation Number.
